  1. identify at least five benefits of intergenerational learning (IL)
  2. list at least five positive outcomes of IL for each generation
  3. describe how intergenerational practice contribute to a more inclusive workplace
  4. identify similarities and differences in learning practices between adult and younger generations
  5. recognise how intergenerational practice can be utilised to promote more inclusive communities
